Project Spotlight

Sierra Pacific Dry Kilns

Scope of Work

The intention of this project was to replace asphalt in and around the kilns. The large metal carts that transport the wood in and out will come off the rails periodically and cause major damage to the asphalt. The owners had been replacing the asphalt every 10 years. The FullForce full system approach is meant to save money upfront by replacing rebar and rebar labor as well as providing long-term cost-savings with a denser concrete.

We [requested] a ‘bulletproof’ slab to replace the asphalt. FullForce has been with us from the beginning with support. Myself and the owners have been very impressed with the overall product and finishability.”
