Scope of Work
Gregory Industries required new buildings for coil storage and a package line. The project’s general contractor, Fite Building Company, explored several slab design options.
After careful review, Fite elected to go with a hybrid slab system approach that included both traditional reinforcement and steel fiber. The majority of the slab was designed with 23 lbs/yd3 of FiberForce T1-60 steel fiber for ease of construction and to expedite the pour schedule.
