Project Spotlight

Eastlake Logistics Park

Scope of Work

The project’s original specification called for a commonly specified sodium silicate densifier to be used on the warehouse slabs. David Venegas with Vemac Engineering submitted DuraForce(t) from FullForce as an alternative to the specified product. He took the owner to a previous project where they had used DuraForce(t), and the owner was impressed with the slab’s finished appearance. He opted to switch products to DuraForce(t) to achieve the the same look on the Logistics Park’s warehouse floors. By using DuraForce(t), the client was able to save time and money due to the simplied installation process of DuraForce(t).

[I] prefer using DuraForce(t) densifier and cure, because it only requires a one-time application and [allows me to] accomplish both densifying and curing the slabs at the same time.”
