Scope of Work
3 lb/yd3 of FiberForce 750 synthetic macrofiber was used to reinforce the paving for the Dollar General in Natchez, LA. FiberForce 750 reinforced concrete helped to save money by allowing the concrete contractor to place without using a pump. It also provided a value engineering solution to accelerate the project schedule. Synthetic macrofibers are inert and do not corrode or deteriorate in concrete’s high alkaline environment, leading to more durable concrete when compared to traditional continuous reinforcement.
