Scope of Work

FiberForce 750 originally was not the specified macro fiber for this project. However, FullForce had just completed a large project in Kanapolis, NC with Concrete Supply Co. where high dosages of FiberForce 750 were used, and it exceeded expectations. FiberForce 750 is user-friendly, as it is able to be head- or tail-loaded depending on what is more efficient for the yard fiber. This is particularly beneficial as many competitive fibers can only be tail- or split-loaded. FullForce 750 also disperses evenly throughout the mix and is finisher-friendly, making it an ideal choice for on-site project work or any large scale project in general.

FiberForce 750 was our preferred fiber as we were able to head load all of the fiber and did not have to worry about packing or balling. With the on-site mobile plant mixing times would be minimal and it was very important to have fiber that would disperse quickly and evenly. This is our second large scale project in my market with FiberForce 750 and it has performed well for us in both situations.”
