Caddy Road Storage Facility

Scope of Work
The Caddy Road Storage Facility required 50 lb/yd³ of Type 1 steel fiber for the slab on grade. FullForce supplied FiberForce T1-60 fiber, which was batched for both the Fuquay-Varina and Durant Park plants. Both plants received a FullForce conveyor for the project. The slab was poured in two separate pours of 550 yd³ each, five days apart.
Jim Yancey oversaw operations at the Fuquay-Varina plant, while Scott Barbour, P.E. managed the Durant Park plant pour. Concrete Supply batched 9.7 yd³ per truck, with 44 lb FiberForce bags evenly distributed at 11 bags per truck.
