Scope of Work
This project is a heavy equipment wash rack drainage system designed to remove dirt, grease, and oil from the wash water prior to it entering the water treatment plant. Team Fishel and FullForce paired up to value engineer this heavy equipment wash rack slab which was initially designed with traditional rebar reinforcement. Instead, Team Fishel and the City of El Mirage added 5.5 lb/yd3 of FiberForce 750™ macrofiber to help with crack control as well as impact and abrasion resistance in the slab.
